Service Consultant (NSW & WA)
Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing applications on behalf of our financial advisers and managing your own portfolio of financial advisers. You will provide superior service to our stakeholders, financial advisers and customers throughout the life of the policy working seamlessly with the underwriting team.
Phone Consultant – NEOS Service 12 month fixed-term contract
This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both Financial Advisers and customers, serving as the primary point of contact for queries, assistance, and guidance related to NEOS life insurance products. You’ll be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing concerns, and providing expert support to ensure that both Financial Advisers and Customers receive timely and accurate information.
