Service Consultant
Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing applications on behalf of our financial advisers and managing your own portfolio of financial advisers. You will provide superior service to our stakeholders, financial advisers and customers throughout the life of the policy working seamlessly with the underwriting team.
IT Support Analyst
We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst (based in Sydney) with solid experience in end-user support, IT service management and operational troubleshooting. This role will strengthen NEOS’ internal IT support capability by providing timely, reliable and practical support across devices, applications, access requests and day-to-day technology needs.
Marketing Actuary
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Actuary with proven commercial pricing and portfolio analytics capability across life insurance propositions. This role will enhance our ability to grow sales profitability across the NEOS Platform through sharper market intelligence, pricing insight, and retention performance.
