Risk and Compliance Officer
Working under the guidance of the Senior Compliance Manager, the role contributes to embedding a strong risk culture across the business and strengthening governance practices in line with regulatory expectations.
You will be responsible for supporting NEOS’ risk and compliance framework with a focus on operational risk management, information security compliance, and governance oversight.
The role ensures compliance with AFSL obligations, APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements, and internal risk frameworks, while supporting the effective management of information security (including CPS 234) and emerging risks associated with technology and AI usage. This role requires the practical use of technology and AI tools to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and insight of risk and compliance processes.
Technical and Quality Consultant (Direct)
Reporting to the Technical and Quality Team Leader, this role is responsible for facilitating the operational quality monitoring program activities, primarily for the Direct Sales and Service team but also supporting the retail operations team. The role is to ensure Customer Service and Underwriting staff at NEOS strictly adhere to compliance obligations and high standards of customer service.
Service Consultant
Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for completing applications on behalf of our financial advisers and managing your own portfolio of financial advisers. You will provide superior service to our stakeholders, financial advisers and customers throughout the life of the policy working seamlessly with the underwriting team.
