Following the enhancements we made last month to the navigation, tab structure and client summary tab on the Policy Servicing Portal, we’ve now introduced more features including:
- Payment details: You can now view and update direct debit and rollover payment details across your clients’ super and ordinary policies.
- Beneficiary details: In this tab, you can view all types of beneficiaries and edit non-binding beneficiaries on behalf of your clients.
These enhancements are in addition to the already existing features which we’ve incrementally rolled out this year:
- Premium projections
- Indexation Benefit automation
- Ongoing experience enhancements
- Client summary, including certificate of currency
We’ll continue to make enhancements and introduce new features to the platform – with the aim to make the Policy Servicing Portal a rich source of information and functionality for you to manage your business efficiently and profitably. Watch this space!
