The Financial Standard Industry Service Awards for Life Insurance 2025 are the continuation of the Plan for Life Excellence Awards following the merger of Plan for Life and rainmaker Information.

Award categories are based on how life companies introduce new ideas, concepts and initiatives that are innovative in the Australian Life Insurance market during the last 12 months regarding product, underwriting, claims, marketing, or other aspects. This includes details of the innovative product, feature, functionality or service and proof of how this service adds real benefits to the industry and consumer.

Specifically, the Adviser Services award category is based on an online survey that seeks feedback from advisers, licensees and administration support staff about the level of service they receive from life companies on underwriting, claims, policy administration, BDM support and also includes training.
