It feels just like yesterday that I was preparing the first newsletter of the year and now we’re only a few weeks before EOFY is upon us. Where has the time gone?
Staff wise, Marc Scalercio has settled in well to his business development role and I’m sure he’s already reached out to many of you since his commencement with us. Always willing to assist with your quote comparisons and product queries, please make sure to take his call as he is driven to do all he can to create practice efficiencies in your business.
Our accredited webinar series continues and based on the feedback we’ve received so far, the topics have resonated well with many who’ve attended. Don’t forget that these sessions are open to you and your support staff too! With the majority of the sessions delivered in just 30-minutes, they’re guaranteed to add value. Look out for our invites or you can register below.
Spotlighting a few members of our local powerhouse admin support staff. From left, Mariana, Danielia, Jen and Georgia (who is visiting us from NSW this week).
No matter who you deal with at NEOS, every member of the team strives to deliver standout service at every interaction.
Finally, if there’s anything that I or my team can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist.
And remember, if you have any colleagues that don’t have an adviser code with NEOS and would like one, please send them our way and we’ll look after them.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership, it’s greatly appreciated and not taken for granted. We look forward to continuing these relationships into the future.
LET US KNOW HOW WE'RE DOING
We want to ensure we’re providing solutions to make advisers’ lives easier. So, if there’s anything you feel we could be doing better or if you have any suggestions on how we can improve the NEOS Experience, please let us know.
While this edition of our newsletter has highlighted some of the great successes we’ve recently had, we’re not too proud to think that we can’t be better.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me as your State Manager or alternatively your BDM. We’d love to hear from you! And of course, positive feedback is also appreciated.
